We are looking for a dynamic **Partnerships Manager** to grow our newly launched YouBiz (B2B) brand by building and growing our partnerships vertical.

**You will**
- Identify and acquire strategic partners and manage end-to-end of YouBiz partnerships from prospecting to ongoing activation
- Developing and managing both inbound and outbound partnership funnels
- Working closely with marketing and business development teams to build all-rounded 360 campaigns and amplify collaborations across all available marketing channels
- Maintaining healthy and long-term relationships with existing partners through ongoing conversations, establishing shared milestones, brainstorming future collaborations, and successfully executing current campaigns
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to senior YouTrip stakeholders on how we can continue to strengthen our partner network.
**You are**:
- **Seasoned Partnerships Manager** - You have at least 3 years of experience with best-practice partnership management. Ideally, you have experience in the B2B tech space.
- **Relationship Builder** - You possess strong partnerships and contacts to leverage from. You are creative and are excited about delivering impactful partnerships in unique and strategic ways.
- **Entrepreneurial Self Starter** - You are a proactive self-starter who is passionate about starting things from scratch and can independently identify and execute new partnership opportunities. You excel in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid to suggest and implement new processes and ideas to ensure the maximum chance of success for the business.
- **Excellent and Effective Communicator** **- You are relatable and effective at communicating and managing relationships with external partners
