Zendesk is hiring
**Responsibilities**:
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and indirect methods such as networking (using tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Outreach).
- Generate new business and ability to grow an extensive, qualified pipeline.
- Become a guide on Zendesk’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
- Weekly and monthly reporting on sales forecasts.
- Work with marketing and partner teams to plan and execute sales campaigns within Indonesia..
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
**Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- This position will focus on sales in Singapore and Indonesia market and the ability to communicate in local language **(Bahasa Indonesia) **with our Indonesian customers and partners will be highly preferred.
- 3+ years of full cycle sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; move quickly, think strategically and are superb at tactical execution
