**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Assist and report directly to Managing Director in the development and opening up new markets in China and in Asean region

2. Coordinate and act as liaison to parent company and its related sub holdings

3. Direct, monitor, and evaluate market research activities

4. Develop marketing strategies and managing commercialization

5. Direct, monitor, and evaluate the strategic planning and business planning (short-term and long-term)

6. Direct, monitor, and evaluate the performance management activities

7. Direct, monitor, and evaluate business development activities including business investment proposals

8. Direct, monitor, and evaluate post-project studies

9. Direct, monitor, and evaluate the management of corporate cooperation (partnerships) related to business development

10. Direct, monitor and evaluate customer relationship management (internal & external) related to customer satisfaction measurements

11. Direct, monitor and evaluate the preparation of a risk management work system and managing risk assessment & risk treatment activities.

12. Direct, monitor and evaluate the preparation of plans and implementation of SOP and related audits

13. Ensuring the preparation of business processes, business performance and the preparation of management reports

14. Ensuring quality management performance, management improvement programs, and knowledge management

**Requirements**:
i. Able to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload

ii. Able to support hands-on on presentation for management needs to stakeholders

iii. Good understanding on corporate strategic planning process

iv. Good understanding on business development and investment process
