People with marketing experience and sales staff with direct sales teams or direct sales resources are especially welcome to join our team.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage digital planning and advertising campaigns across platforms (including Google, Facebook, IG, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin)
- Assist in formulating marketing strategies, product promotions and marketing plans; execute and complete tasks independently.
- Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and more
- Cooperate with the company to develop high-conversion agent search strategies and methods to achieve the company's goal of rapid agent development. Proven strong knowledge in Meta and Google Ad Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Marketing or related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in online marketing management and digital marketing.
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
