**What will I be doing?**:

- Takes charge of Listings Projects
- In charge of Listings from start to finish
- Takes great care of clients, sellers and buyers for the whole process
- Contracts, Marketing Arrangements, Pre-planning, brainstorming, Content creation for Listings Marketing Campaigns that you are in charge of
- Negotations, problem-solving for clients, solution oriented, positive entrepreneurial mindset

**What is required of me?**:

- A highly responsible person, you will be required to take care of the Listings under your care alongside the team, drive projects, take up new challenges. Responsibility is key
- We sell real estate with integrity, the moment there any unethical selling involved, unfortunately, we cannot keep you with us, we take this very seriously in PLB. If you have been used to unethical selling, this team is not for you.
- Loves to help people with a heart for service
- Takes on challenges, courageous to try new things
- High level of discipline and accountability to clients and team
- Humble, high level of empathy and high EQ level
- Able to work as a TEAM
- Willing to give, help train and go the extra mile with PLB TEAM

**Who is this for?**
- I’m a Current RES
- I’m planning to take my RES Course/Exam
- I’ve just passed my RES Exams (NEW RES)
- I currently hold a Full-time Job but I’m considering if I should join the Real Estate Industry
- If you have not passed your CEA exams, kindly check out cea.gov.sg for more information.
- There will be 2 rounds of interviews with our founders, careers team.
- Your IG, FB, LINKEDIN profile and resume is a must.

**FAQ**:

- Our Listings Specialist goes through a Training program for 3-6 months
- You need to hit certain KPIs to graduate as a Listing Manager
- Minimum Commitment is 2 years
- This is suitable for you if you are a team player
- This is suitable for you if you want to be in an environment to grow together, really together and not like the traditional agency division concept where everyone attends training but still do things on their own deals. Over at PLB, you will work on deals together as a team.
- There is no fixed salary nor CPF here.
- There is no cap on commission earnings here. Your ability is your only limit.
- We welcome both Brand New and Experienced Agents.
