As part of the ASC team, you will play an important role in transforming ideas into solutions.

ASC Software Developers work in a team and perform various software lifecycle tasks,

gathering requirements, developing, and delivering real world solutions desired by Clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- 5+ years of ServiceNow developer/solution architect experience.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of ITIL and Agile framework, JavaScript,

HTML/HTML5 a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel 10% of the time.
- Assist with design, support, & implementation of ServiceNow Professional and future

functionality of ServiceNow as needed.
- Work with Service Managers and/or project teams on planning and testing of new

functionality or improvement of existing modules and
- Assist ServiceNow Administrators with upgrade planning, testing, and

implementation between development and production instances.
- Designs and develops solutions for Service Catalog Items, general features, and
- Perform audits to ensure compliance requirements are met & remediation actions

are taken as needed.
- Work with ServiceNow vendors on projects and ongoing support

What you bring:

- Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation
- 6 + years of experience with ServiceNow required.
- 6+ years of experience in the IT Industry required.
- Meticulous approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when working with Clients.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- The ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- A flexible attitude to working patterns is helpful to meet Client needs and deadlines.
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, processes, and implementation for ServiceNow

ITSM Professional
- Knowledge of Service-now custom Application Design & Development.
- Hands-on design, development, testing, and deployment experience
- Experience on additional modules GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, TSM Portal (at least

3-4 module experience).

Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
- Worked on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM
- Experience in working on Angular, React, CSS,
- Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
- ServiceNow certifications required.

Client Location : Singapore

Budget : Open (based on the last drawn and relevant year’s of exp)

Note: this could be Perm / Contract role under our payroll.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,805.32 - $10,682.15 per month
