Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct root cause investigations for non-conformance issues in-house.
- Develop quality procedures and operation instructions, as well as prepare quality documents.
- Compile and submit the First Article inspection report.
- Provide support for Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives/activities such as new product quality reviews, customers' quality audits, and project transfers.
- Perform any other duties assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

- Relevant working experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing environment (experience in metal stamping industry preferred)
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as 8D report, FMEA, fish-bone diagram, GD&T
- Experience in using smart scope/CMM
- Working location: Loyang
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:45pm
