Software Specialist, Mobile

We are looking for a passionate and professional Software Specialist, Mobile & Web Technology to join our Omni Channel Technology team.

The incumbent will be responsible for the planning, analysis, detailed design, developing code, unit testing, fixing bugs and implementation of development and / or enhancements, and to ensure the overall functionality of product against pre-defined requirements. He/she will ensure quality deliverables within the agreed timeline, budget and within corporate policies and guidelines, as well as statutory/legal/regulatory requirements.

**What You'll Do**
- You will support end user testing and support the QA in SIT, as needed.
- You will communicate with stakeholders on the enhancements and incidents to manage expectations, priorities and constraints to deliver the enhancements and fixes.
- You will work with our respective stakeholders to understand and resolve support issues as required.
- You will be testing code for enhancements/bug fixes to ensure compliance quality assurance policy requirements and best practices.
- You will be developing technical and user documentation for both internal and external distribution.
- You will be reporting to appropriate stakeholders on the progress and status of the Projects/enhancements.
- You will perform L1 and L2 work on reported issues from business teams.

**Who You Are**
- You have Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other IT-related disciplines.
- You will need a minimum 3 years of work experience in software development, delivering enterprise and mobile or web solution across platforms.
- You should have experience with SDLC in an Agile environment.
- You should have experience with development in Java, Microsoft.NET, PHP, MS SQL, TSQL.
- You should have experience with development using CSS, HTML5, JavaScript libraries/framework like ReactJS, Angular.
- Experience in developing and maintaining microservice is a plus.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Google Flutter is a plus.
- You should have some knowledge in testing methodologies, standards and automated testing tools.
- Experience in DevOps is a plus.
- Experience in supporting production is a plus.
- You should be proficient in Source Control Tools like GIT, SVN or their variant.
- You should be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written mediums with internal and external stakeholders.
- You should be able to work independently, as a strong self-started and collaborate with other teams.
- You should be a good team player and are willing to learn new things.
