**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and implement a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with Chubb’s business goals.
- Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across business units and regions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on transformation strategy.

**Program & Change Management**
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to track progress.
- Champion change management practices to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

**Digital & Operational Transformation**
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Streamline business processes and eliminate inefficiencies through automation and innovation.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to align transformation efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
- Engage with customers and partners to ensure transformation initiatives meet market needs.

**People & Culture**
- Lead initiatives that support workforce transformation, including upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development.
- Promote a high-performance culture that embraces agility, accountability, and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, change management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
