Cook/kitchen Hand

Job Description:

- To support in running the operation.
- To provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department.
- To be knowledgeable in all service techniques.
- To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily.
- To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time.
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and department at all times.
- To clean up the section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area.
- To perform other related duties as required by management
- Receiving goods and arrange to delegated area
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene, help on washing and cleaning
- Assist in preparation of ingredients, plating and cooking
- Any other job duties as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Interest in the food industry
- Willing to cook, cashier and serve customers
- Good team player with adequate communication and people skills, and able to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Punctual with a positive attitude towards work
- Positive attitude with a passion for service;
- Wiliness to learn new items on food and service;
- For Individuals with a serious passion in F&B
- Positive working attitude and a ready smile;
- Able to work in fast-paced environment;
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
