The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and applicable automated systems and develops As-Is and To-Be descriptions. In this role, you will play a key part in Salesforce-related projects, leading requirement gathering and analysis activities, preparing and delivering communications, participating in testing, and supporting solution design for internal and external initiatives.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Elicit and document business requirements for Salesforce projects, enhancements, and integrations.
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes and propose Salesforce-driven solutions.
- Prepare deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, process flows, and interface designs.
- Translate complex technical information into clear business language to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support the project manager, product manager, and wider team in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and execution.
- Participate in testing activities, including test case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.

**Other qualities that you'll need to be a fit for this role include**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce modules).
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, workflows, and integration points.
- Experience producing and analyzing As-Is and To-Be documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering solutions that meet business needs.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant) will be an advantage.
- Understanding of Education background is a plus.
