**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process RPC (Regional Processing Centre) main trade transaction. (retirement and rollover of loans)
- Assist in any admin duties and ad-hoc work as assigned by supervisors.
- EWF live transactions and vessel checks.
- Proper scanning of documents daily.
- Photocopy Advices, for customer and for Department’s records
- Match reconcile and file all the documents and work completed from the different locations/business units.
- Retrieval of files and any documents requested by Business Unit, Trade Sales.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree and above with relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude,
- Strong team player who is able to work independently
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous and strong follow-up skills.
- Versatile and able to multi-task across functions and various platforms effectively.
