Founded by highly experienced principals and backed by a European asset manager, you will be joining at an exciting time with an ability to meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of the business. As a member of the investment team based in Singapore, you will work closely with the principals, advisors and partners, and will play a vital role in the business’ fundraising, M&A and investment activities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist in fundraising activities, including preparation of investor presentations, financial models, data room management and liaising with financial advisors;
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and analysis to evaluate potential investments, including scenario and sensitivity analyses;
- Consolidation of financial models for existing and potential opportunities for reporting and business planning purposes;
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts and micro/macro economics to support investment analyses;
- Support the monitoring and reporting of investment portfolio to shareholders;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct due diligence, assess financial feasibility, and execution of investment opportunities and initiatives;
- Support the preparation of investment documentation such as investment papers, notes or presentations, for approvals and record-keeping;
- Potential site visits to key markets for investment activities; and
- Any other relevant and suitable task, as required, to support the activities of the team.

**Job requirements**

We are looking for someone with (i) bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field, (ii) 0-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome), preferably in the renewable energy sector, (iii) strong numerical aptitude with understanding of financial modelling, valuation and investment principles, and proficient with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, and (iv) a passion for enabling the energy transition. In addition, some attributes that are critical to the job include:

- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- The ability to work in cross-border teams with a willingness to travel abroad; and
