Investment Banking and Growth Private Equity Analyst

Role
Raine is currently seeking an Analyst to join its integrated investment banking and growth private equity team in Singapore. The Analyst will quickly become a core member of deal teams, working to execute advisory and principal investing opportunities in Asia and internationally. The individual will have regular exposure to the broader Raine team and projects across the US, Europe, and Asia.
This is an in-person, full-time position located in Raine’s Singapore office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Business, financial, accounting and industry diligence
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Transaction structuringProject management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree from top tier university in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years experience in a relevant field, including investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or strategy/operations/corporate development
- Desire to work within an integrated advisory and investing platform
- Professional enthusiasm for the media, entertainment, sports and technology sectors
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with in-depth training on financial modeling and technical analysis
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to think critically about business issues
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Global mindsetFluency in English is a mandatory requirement, an additional language is a plus (as projects may be situated in non-English speaking countries)
