**Company Description**
As a member of the Hub team, you are highly collaborative, an independent self-starter, with strong problem solving and analytical abilities, and a data driven mindset. You will have hands-on knowledge and the ability to uncover and work with paid, owned and earned data from programmatic to social, search, websites and apps. Following which, you are able to create programs and recommendations to leverage insights and data you defined. You can work at speed and in an agile way to meet the needs of fast-moving clients.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross functional and customer working teams to deliver success.
- Ensure relationship between customers and agency teams are optimised through delivery of data led insights.
- Create cross-channel and platform strategies and recommendations through data.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive test and learn initiatives with innovation agenda.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years in digital media, with understanding of ad:tech solutions across display, mobile, video, social and search.
- Current hands-on experience across platforms such as DV360, TTD, Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Business Manager. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe DMP will be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Intuitive with strong commercial acumen and work ethic.
- Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum.
- High competency level in analysis & insight generation; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience managing and delivering against performance KPIs.
- Excellent time management / project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels.
