**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Executives/Managers (PE/PM) to manage assigned projects to ensure quality and on time execution to the project’s specification and client’s expectation.
- Assist PE/PM to coordinate the production workflow between the Sales, Design, Procurement and Production departments including any external sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and on time delivery within project costs.
- Utilize company’s project management software to coordinate and communicate to project team members during the production process.
- Assist PE/PM to prepare Production Schedule and manage deadlines for the delivery of projects on time.
- Attend project meetings as and when required, eg. for issues resolution and updates.
- Assist PE/PM to facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed and manage any impact on schedule and budget.
- Assist PE/PM to prepare Onsite Schedule for the coordination of load-in, setup and dismantling works and to share with relevant parties.
- Oversee onsite setup work to check on quality delivery, safe work procedures and on time completion, when required.
- Source for sub-contractors, suppliers and production material, when required.
- Conduct post project evaluation to identify key learning points for work improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skill with people of all levels.
- Understanding of project management methodologies is preferred but not required.
- **This is an entry level position open to fresh graduates and applicants without prior relevant experience.**:

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
