JR30570 Diffusion/Implant Process and Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Establish and improve process condition and technology.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
- Establish and modify process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
- Abnormal analysis and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or related Science studies
- Highly motivated and adaptable to our fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment. Flexibility to work for extended hours as required
- Strong communication with ability to convey the message clearly and sharply
