JR49066 Intern - Diffusion Process & Equipment Film Development internship
**Description**:Replacement Gate technology required innovative work to improve film quality as well as process variation. This internship program aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to become a successful Process & Equipment Engineer in Diffusion. As an intern, you will work under the guidance of a senior engineer to design and optimize Diffusion processes for high-performance chips. Intern will also gain exposure to state-of-the-art technologies in Diffusion process and equipment.
**Scope**:
- Interns will learn the fundamentals of Diffusion process and equipment, as well as how to use various data analysis tools and techniques to solve real-world engineering and operational challenges.
- Interns will explore the latest innovations in Diffusion processes through different film chemistry and along with industry leading wafer fabs tools, and understand how they can enhance the process performance in terms of yield, output and cost savings.
- Interns will collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team of operators, engineers and managers from both diffusion and other functional areas and contribute to the business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Deliverable**:
- Establish a good understanding of different Diffusion processes and Equipment
- Improve existing processes through new process techniques and data analysis to recommend and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Able to show collaboration work within department and cross functional groups
**Skillset Require**:Students pursing bachelor degree in engineering
**Course of interests**:Bachelor degree related to Engineering
**Duration Period**:6 months
