**Who we’re looking for**:
The APC department is looking for a highly motivated **Warehouse Assistant** to join the team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position will be based in Singapore, Bedok. The main responsibility of the Warehouse Assistant is to carry out in daily operation and follow the standards and regulations for the Warehouse and actively participate in optimizing the flow in the. warehouse operations in a cost efficient and profitable way toward set and defined targets. Maintaining stock levels that meet the needs of the end customers and workshops.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**Warehouse daily operations**:

- Work accordingly to set procedures and requirements in the warehouse
- Work accordingly to standards, regulations and requirements, comply with policies and procedures, completion of documents and records and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within the warehouse
- Bin, pick, pack, ship, stock take and return parts according to the business needs
- Ensure that the parts turnover are kept on a high level
- Maintain obsolescence and scrapping risk at a minimum level
- Participate in the day-to-day operational and organisational steering, planning operations and communicating clearly
- Participate in the -departmental work to manage the daily procedures and work flow to ensure efficient operations

**Good-to-have**:

- Relevant education or equivalent
- Relevant work experience in warehousing or logistics
