**Job Description**:
As a Warehouse Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operations of our warehouse facility. You will provide administrative assistance to the warehouse team, handle clerical tasks, maintain records, and contribute to the overall organization and productivity of the warehouse. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to warehouse operations
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling deliveries, pickups, and shipments
- Prepare and process paperwork, such as purchase orders, invoices, shipping labels, and customs documentation
- Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory records
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining warehouse supplies
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Collaborate with the warehouse team and other departments to optimize operational efficiency
- Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proficiency in using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management concepts is advantageous
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus

**Salary**: $1,376.93 - $3,245.02 per month
