Singapore STARMED SPECIALIST CENTRE PTE. LTD. Full time

**StarMed **is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical Centre that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices. We are now looking for a **part-time **finance personnel to handle and facilitate end-to-end of designated finance related activities including but not limited to:

- Support Senior Accountant / Finance Manager on full set accounting responsibilities for the entity (General Ledger / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Fixed Assets)
- Reconciliation of data imported from Clinic Management System prior to posting into Accounting System
- Maintenance of master setup for Clinic Management System to Accounting System integration portal
- Maintenance of master setup for Doctor’s Fee Program
- Generating and checking of bi-weekly doctor’s fee payment
- Monthly reconciliation of doctor’s fee payable and receivable balances
- Preparation of Purchase Orders (“PO”) for capital expenditures and services
- Responsible for proper accounting of fixed assets
- Updating and performing of monthly intercompany reconciliations
- Responsible for billing and follow-up of receivables from corporates, external hospitals and government project
- Preparation of quarterly GST submission
- Support Senior Accountant / Finance Manager on handling of queries from audit and tax agents
- Support Senior Accountant / Finance Manager on initiatives to improve and streamline finance work flow
- Assist in preparation of yearly budgets
- Any other duties as assigned by the HMI Group CFO and Finance Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in finance
- Experience in handling data in multiple systems is a plus
- Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and organized
- Ability to work well in a team or independently, as required
- Able to commit at least 3 full-day a week (office hours)
