**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support management in financial planning and strategy
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualifications preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience in relevant industry
- Able to read and write Mandarin and English
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
