- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $2,400 + OT + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in AR and AP functions to perform billing-related activities.
- Attend to customers’ invoicing enquires and ensure necessary actions are taken and followed through.
- Create and maintain customers’ records in the ERP system.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoicing documents are sent out on time.
- To support customer queries on outstanding debts if needed.
- To follow up on ship stamps / sub-certs.
- To assist in generating SOA when required by customers.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Knowledge of NetSuite preferred.
