**The Plattering Co. Pte Ltd**, known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Associate**to join our catering team in Singapore. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building client relationships, promoting our catering services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to event execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send quotations / proposals to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads to convert into confirmed bookings.
- Attend client meetings, food tastings, site inspections as needed.
- Liaise with operations, kitchen, logistics to ensure client requirements are understood and executed.
- Maintain and update CRM / order management systems with accurate records (sales pipeline, client feedback, orders).
- Support promotional / marketing activities (e.g. food fairs, sampling, social media, collaborations).
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service — addressing client issues / concerns promptly.
- Occasionally work during weekends / public holidays when events require.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Diploma / degree in Business / Hospitality / Marketing or related field preferred.
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in sales in F&B / catering / hospitality industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills; able to tailor proposals to clients.
- Detail-oriented, good planning and follow-up skills.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects.
- Comfortable working irregular hours as events often happen at non-standard times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus.
