
Affiliate & Media Buying Specialist

As part of the strategy to get there, we are looking for an experienced marketer to build our Affiliates and media buying channels, to drive sustainable growth outside of the typical marketing channels.

As we will continue to scale with our existing marketing channels for growth, we are looking to find new partners and channels for sustainable growth. As the **Affiliates & Media buying Specialist**, you will take ownership of growing our new channels:
- **Find and onboard Affiliates and relevant partners to drive growth.** You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new partners to collaborate with. You will be driving the best practices on how to identify and prioritize partners, negotiate the agreements, onboard and scale with partners.
- **Leverage Affiliate platform to drive scalability. **You will make full use of the Affiliate platform, working with the platform to grow the channel.
- **Be on top of market trends and open-minded to test new types of partners. **To drive further growth, we would need to be ahead of the market. You would be creative and open to test out new partners.
- **Drive long-term partnerships with our partners.** You will negotiate for the company while driving long-term partnerships. And you can come up with creative solutions and new campaigns to drive deeper collaborations.
- **Work with Creative, Campaign, Analytics, Merchandising and Tech teams, to build collaborative processes to drive growth and operational efficiency.** You will drive smooth processes with internal teams, understanding, improving and communicating with all stakeholders.
- **Drive towards growth and efficiency targets by making data-driven decisions.** You will be responsible for channel growth. To maximize the outcome, you will need to know what data you need, research and collect data for decision making. You would be able to benchmark and optimize channel metrics with market and other channels.
**The Perfect profile**:
- Studied mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics or other related majors
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics
- Experience in owning a channel, achieving targets with insights, planning and good executions
- You will be curious and willing to dive deep into the insights behind data. And use data to guide the decision and initiatives.
- An entrepreneur who is passionate about the latest trends and technologies in the market, testings out new channels and initiatives with bias for action
- Growth mindset - willingness to learn and improve. You are unhappy with business as usual, you are constantly looking at new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work and how things are done.
- A team player willing to collaborate and support others to solve bigger problems
- Testing sometimes mean failure, you are comfortable accepting the failures, learning from them and moving forward
- Strong negotiator and collaborator who enjoys coming up with creative solutions for different parties and building sustainable relationships
- You are comfortable gathering relevant data, making assumptions and decisions, measuring and validating assumptions in the channel operations.
