Head Azqore Strategic Programs

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Within Azqore, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole and Capgemini Groups, we are looking for a Senior Manager, based in Singapore, in charge of the ASP teams delivering our products and strategic projects in offshore model (Singapore and Hyderabad).

We expect this Manager to ensure the proper management of the workload plan (actual / budget, forecast), the management of the teams' skills and their development, the required recruitments, the support to the operational project teams and the operational reporting on the activity.

The Manager is the local contact for the ASP communication.

The Manager is a member of the Executive Committee of Azqore Singapore Branch.

The Manager plans, defines and steers the development of the ASP Offshore business to meet the needs of projects and clients, in line with the company's strategy and policies on safety and risk management.

He is involved in projects, in terms of assessment, design and implementation, and ensures that his teams meet the company's standards in a consistent, efficient and sustainable manner.

It guarantees the coherence and durability of all the IT resources made available or by being a force for proposal for the necessary developments

2. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND/OR DIPLOMA: You will have a solid experience as a Manager within an international group.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

- Significant experience in project management / department management
- Knowledge of delivery methodologies: distributed Agile (SAFE knowledge is a plus), waterfall
- Strong Offshore experiences
- Ability to pilot the business and Orgas to define their needs and desired processes

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of the private banking business, digital solutions in the private banking world

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

- Development knowledge in different technological contexts
- Devops knowledge or awareness, release management

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

- French is necessary as you will need to work with clients/stakeholders who can only speak French.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

Activity management:

- Leads and coordinates all teams under his/her responsibility
- Defines and implements all means to achieve the objectives (resources, tools, methods, etc.)
- Leads the necessary recruitments within the defined timing
- Manage the skills of the teams and ensure their progress
- Is responsible for the respect of the allocated budget / Participates in the elaboration of the budget
- Leads and manages risks and improvement plans
- Coordinates the relationship and any meetings with local client banks within its scope
- Ensures compliance with Group rules and standards (mandatory training, HR, safety, etc.)

Delivery of solutions and outsourced products and services:

- Supports project teams on strategic and/or critical issues
- Is responsible for the compliance of the implemented solutions with the defined rules and the IS architecture
- Controls the quality of outsourced services

Continuous improvement:

- Is curious about the latest technological and business innovations to facilitate their implementation by the teams.
- Promotes the orientations related to the IS architecture to the teams
- Facilitate the transfer of knowledge, experience and good practice within the teams
- Ensures good synergy with other Azqore BUs in the framework of the collective interest
- Based on management strategies and the project funnel, proposes organisational, methodological and delivery changes.
