All available in the 11 countries where our user community is active, with a unique system: S2i. **About the job** With expansion plans, we are hiring a permanent position of a **Business Analyst (Software Development) **. Your role involves: - Project: - Responsible for Jira Business backlog for implementations: user stories, tasks, Kanban and Scrum boards - Responsible for testing features and follow-up defect resolution with Indian and Switzerland development team - Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint - Work with product owners and development team to handle backlogs and new requests - Run: Owner of Jira tickets functional and technical related to production issues > coordination with India and Swiss teams supports for resolution - Communication: Local coordination with Asian Clients: - Formalize requirements - Help build a productive environment where Client ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it - Train key client users **Skills and experience required** - At least 3 years as a Business Analyst for software development - At least 3 years’ experience in banking area but not necessarily CLM or CRM exposure - Agile Scrum exposure **What’s on offer** This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding Fintech organization which aims to be at the forefront of technology.
