Full time - _**_Singapore only_** As a **Sales Development Representative**, you will be part of our global Sales organization and one of the founding member of the Kiln APAC team. **Responsibilities**: - Drive lead generation efforts through proactive outbound activities, targeting potential clients and initiating contact - Conduct research to identify and define ideal customer profiles (personas) for effective prospecting - Optimize time and effort and focus on high-potential leads - Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives - Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, representing Kiln in an engaging manner - Ensure prompt follow-up with prospects, providing necessary supporting materials to facilitate their decision-making process - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Kiln's products, their features, and their benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers - Continuous improvement - Continuously refine outbound messaging and processes - Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the CRM system - Report with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results - Actively contribute to adapting sales materials to regional specificities **Requirements**: - 1+ year of Sales experience in a BtoB SaaS/PaaS/IaaS company - Professional experience or strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency - Native speaker in Mandarin and bilingual in English. **Nice-to-haves**: - Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage startup. - Additional language skill in Malay, Korean or Japanese. - Understanding of software integration process and APIs **Soft skills**: - Strong organization skills and process-driven - Strong communication skills (both oral & written) - Comfortable with analytics and problem solving mindset - Resilience **About Kiln**: Kiln is the leading **enterprise-grade staking platform**, enabling institutional customers to stake assets, and to whitelabel staking functionality into their offering.
