Singapore AYAN CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

Responsibilities.
- Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.
- Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the client and Consultant team.
- Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same / across disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
- Manage and supervise major construction works in buildings, including services laying and lighting and control systems installation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, schedule updates and report findings to management.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of all M&E works.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulations, as well as industry best practices, throughout all construction and installation activities.
- Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning and handing over inspection.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the supervision of M&E installation for HDB, Commercial and Condominum projects.
- Familiar with local codes and regulations.
- Willing to work Rotating shift or Night Shift.
