**Roles & Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities**: - To actively monitor and engage with all forms of Social Media (i.e. Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube) to support Group wide activity, including recruitment campaigns. - Source and produce engaging content to ensure the website and social media channels are up to date, relevant and interesting. - Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success. - To act as one of the key points of contact for social media queries, developing a response process and looking to proactively influence these groups. - Help to increase the Group’s search engine rankings through search engine optimisation by updating the website CMS and external links. - Compile regular social media and SEO reports. - Assist with the writing/editing and proof reading of content, including but not limited to social media posts, web articles and recruitment advertisements. - Assist with the writing/editing and proof reading of content, including but not limited to social media posts, web articles and recruitment advertisements. - Monitor in-market sales and take necessary action to realise budget. - Understand sales and brand performance in market to further drive profitable sales growth **Key Requirements**: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - A basic understanding of social media advertising will be a plus. - Proven ability to business develop. - Fluency in written and spoken English.
