DESIGNATION : Assistant/Manager, Content Marketing (1-year contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Assistant/ Manager, Content Marketing (1-year contract)**to join our dynamic team to further establish Singapore EXPO as the venue of choice for Event Organisers to partner with. You will be responsible for developing content that will enhance and effectively communicate the Singapore EXPO brand and value proposition, as well as supporting marketing activities to drive brand positioning, B2B lead generation and support on-site advertising and promotional (A&P) activities.

**In this role, you will**
- Be formulating 360 B2B and B2C marketing strategies to meet objectives.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns by identifying and formulating strategies to grow customer base and own implementation from ideation to execution.

Channel Management and B2C marketing
- Create and update marketing materials and website content as required, under direction of line managers.
- Engage KOLs (directly or agency) for content on B2C campaigns concerts, consumer shows, festivals etc.
- Collaborate with publications on brand and tactical campaigns.

Onsite Communications Support
- Manage content on onsite digital screens and pylons.
- Support with advertising & promotional (A&P) materials.
- Execute marketing activities including content creation and curation, and event management.

Lead Generation (B2B marketing)
- Development of integrated media campaigns to drive lead generation.
- Identify and partner with key trade channels, trade shows and associations to drive awareness of Singapore EXPO and generate leads.
- Support in marketing content prior and during participation in local and overseas trade shows.
- Creation of content for various assets and channels to drive awareness of our B2B offerings: factsheets, sales brochures, white papers, case studies etc for sales team and for various marketing channels to promote Singapore EXPO.

Partnerships
- Collaborate and build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Identify strategic partnerships and establish strong relationships with them for potential collaboration opportunities that will enhance the visitor experience at Singapore EXPO.

PR Support
- Proactively identify media opportunities and new business prospects/ collaborations with the potential leads.

Others
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing it or providing alternatives.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
