Roles & Responsibilities

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.
- Organize and support the administrative aspects for the programmes for caregivers and staff

E.g. for Caregivers - EIPIC 101, Parenting Workshop, Transition Talk, Parents Support Group, Family Bonding Day

E.g. for Staff - Trauma Informed Practices, Naturalistic Intervention
- Facilitate the orientation for new parents once every term/half yearly
- 1 Orientation per centre
- Coordinate the regular updating of the Parents’ Handbook
- Coordinate the scheduling of termly workplan of internal trainings and meetings for staff
- Assist in the annual Parents Satisfaction Survey dissemination, collation and analysis of responses.
- Analyse survey/ feedback responses from participants i.e. staff and caregivers, on programmes conducted.
- Assist in volunteer management and development
**Qualifications**
- Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent
- Possess integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a positive attitude, good self-discipline and able to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office e.g. Powerpoint, Teams, Excel and Zoom
- Ability to speak dialects an advantage due to need to communicate with a diverse group of caregivers
