Above all, you will start and end each day with work that matters, that often feels like play, and that genuinely expresses a social conscience you can take pride in. **I**nvestor Relations** **Requirements**: **Here’s what you'll need to join our mission**: - Represent TurtleTree to develop and maintain trusting relationships with potential and future investors ( managing LPs, family offices and institutional investors ) - Collect and synthesise external information and financial information on our business, industry, and shareholder composition - Analyse competitive behaviour, market trends, shareholder concerns and other factors to enhance investor communications and corporate strategy - Facilitate the development of buy-side investors and sell-side analysts to communicate our strategy - Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and shareholder intelligence reports - Develop, maintain and organise internal CRM systems including logging of all investor calls, meetings, relevant investor updates and ensuring that all updates and follow-ups are properly tracked - Manage list of investor inquiries, requests and other follow-up, ensuring timely responses - Communicate with investors/lawyers/corporate secretary partners to complete due diligence filing requests - Manage investor roadshow planning and execution ( presentations, calendar of events for roadshows ) and post fundraising and cap table management - Lead in planning and execution of annual investor meetings, prepare and communicate all quarterly investor reports - Lead strategic firm initiatives, research projects, and other miscellaneous projects. - Any assigned task as required to achieve the business goals of TurtleTree. **Experience Required** - Minimum 3 years of related experience within Investor Relations, Investment, or Investment Banking working with or for start-ups - Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple parallel responsibilities and work in a fast-paced start-up environment. - Self-motivated, presentable, proactive individual with an ability to work independently. - Strong attention to detail, analytic and quantitative skills. - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Ability to "see the bigger picture" and get to the heart of issues rapidly. - Results oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for people and excellence. - Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work. - Experience with Google Workspace would be a plus. **Benefits** - Private Health Insurance - Paid Time Off - Training & Development
