**Overview**:
SC Capital Partners is a leading pan-Asian real estate investment manager, headquartered in Singapore. The Firm manages private equity real estate strategies on behalf of institutional investors (including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance groups and multi-managers) from North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The successful person will be part of the Investor Relations team and will be foremost responsible for portfolio analytics. In addition, the person will support the servicing of existing and new institutional clients.

**Title**:
Portfolio Analytics & Client Servicing - Analyst, to be based in Singapore.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As part of the Investor Relations team, the main responsibilities for the Portfolio Analytics & Client Servicing role are as follows:

- Be the coordinator and/or custodian of the key reporting metrics across the Firm’s existing and future investment strategies.
- Provide accurate data and analysis to assist with capital raising and investor relations.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, including with portfolio management, investment management, finance, compliance and legal.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in data/client management within private equity real estate, covering institutional investors. Experience in fund administration a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the private equity real estate sector on both fund level (e.g. structure of investment vehicles) and asset level (e.g. projected and mark-to-market return calculations).
- Self-starter, pro-active - be able to anticipate needs of existing and new clients in an environment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to demonstrate strong organizational and analytical thinking skills, with great attention to detail.
- Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and exercise sound commercial judgment.
