**Job Purpose**:

- The person is responsible to support the Head of Decision Management in addressing Business Intelligence(BI) and Analytics requirements, with respect to SG Consumer Banking. This also encompasses management of data platforms and analytics infrastructure, and coordination with IT on data and analytics requirements.
- The person oversees and ensures the Consumer Banking portfolio management analytics, BI, as well as other analytics-related requirements (including, to a certain extent, analytics and BI-related infrastructure) as necessary, are covered
- Design, implement, and optimize the data pipelines from various channels with the guideline to the Data Strategy.
- Deploy dimensional data model to support functional and analytical business requirements.
- Determine reporting needs to be integrated with business intelligence visualization tools and manage reports distribution via content management tools.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions for data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Data cleansing, scraping unstructured data and converting them into structured/usable data.
- Facilitate enhancements by transforming business requirements into technical solutions for CRM system enhancements
- Process optimization and automation, datamart architecture design and setup

**Key Responsibilities**:
Job Requirements
- Work with large amount and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend and support the implementation of consumer products’ business strategies.
- Collaborate and work closely with business units to understand, clarify and interpret business dashboards and data analytics for effective portfolio monitoring and prompt business problems solving.
- Partner with product teams to identify new growth opportunities, devise solutions and continuously enhance data capabilities to support growth.
- Business data enrichment through understanding and using new internal and external data sources for analytics to unlock new insights for the consumer business.
- Partner with peer analysts and business units to improve BAU activities and implement new initiatives ; Optimize effectiveness and ROI of business activities through executing, tracking, learning and fine-tuning complete loop of analytics lifecycle.
- Provide support for CBS reports and related processes
- Perform Incentives and referrals computation and drive Sales Analytics capabilities
- Support CCO on their analytics and process portfolio management requirements

Enhance Shareholers’ Value (Financial)
- Provide support on managing analytics requirements on Consumer Banking portfolio, overseeing various analytics platforms and systems, ensuring processes run optimally and in an automated fashion.

Internal Business Process
- Evaluate stakeholders’ needs and create plan of action to provide solutions
- Monitor technology use and program functionality, creating updating and automating tasks and enhancing outputs and datamarts
- Develop and review decision management, marketing, campaign and strategy models to implement managed business growth in line with the direction of the business
- Engage, collaborate, and work with appropriate business enablers including, but not limited to, IT, RPA, Platform Efficiency and Operation and Service excellence to further understand and establish the business processes and systems to further drive automation and optimization.

**Job Specification**:

- Degree in Business Analytics/ Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science/ Information Systems
- Extensive knowledge on various Business Intelligence and Data Science platforms such as SAS, Tableau/ Qlik/ Power BI(BI), Python(Data Science)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics and decision science domain.
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Consumer Business area.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of SAS, MS SQL, Python, R and Microsoft Office suite and data visualization tools etc.
