Front Desk Concierge

The Company is looking for a Concierge Officer to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Greet visitors entering the office, determine nature and purpose of visit, direct and escort them to meeting room and informing stakeholders
- Manage members’ visit to the lounge, regulate the occupancy and attend to members’ enquiries
- Oversee and manage the various lounge Concierge services such as meeting rooms bookings
- Maintain optimum house-keeping of the members’ lounge and ensure smooth daily operations and identify areas of gaps and improvements
- Collect, sort, and distribute mails and attend to deliveries
- Prepare and serve drinks for visitors and running of errands
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls or take messages
- Managing office supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies and other office equipment and furniture
- Expenses administration support
- Travel arrangements
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties, projects and other tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
