TSH and its subsidiaries and associated company (together, the” Sloshed Group”) is in the business of (i) operating a multi-concept chain of pubs and bars, and (ii) the import and distribution of spirits, wines and liquors. Sloshed Group currently operates five outlets covering four concepts. Quaich Bar (2 outlets) and Copper with whisky as the main theme, and The Other Room and The Other Roof which are cocktail bars.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
- Establish relationships for customer confidence.
- Facilitate effective work teams.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Interact with and serve F&B guests.
- Maintain food and beverage service environment.
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Manage productivity improvement.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare and serve cold beverages.
- Prepare for beverage service (mise en place).
- Solve problems and make decisions at supervisory level.
- Supervise quality procedures.
- Understand and master cocktail components.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferably with at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in bartending.
- Good Bar Management knowledge of different categories of cocktail drinks and spirits from around the world is required for this senior management position.
- Positive, motivated, passionate and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
- Team player, who values teamwork and has good team-building skills.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem solver.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Guest driven, outgoing and friendly.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

- Food Hygiene Certification (preferred)
