ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Bartender/Host- Anticipate and attend to guest's needs and desires immediately
- Ensure that a high product standard and consistency is maintained all of the time
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team
- Clear glassware, and any other unnecessary items from your outlet
- Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to beverage products
- Prepare beverages in line with guest requests
- Up-selling of beverages
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with brand standards
- Ensure cleanliness of bar areas
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Assist Host duties
