To perform all related purchasing functions such as handling purchase requisition arising from sales or customer service, requesting quotations from vendor, evaluation of quotes, issuance of purchase orders, and following up closely with shipment.
- Local vendor sourcing for parts as per the requirements.
- To maximize the cost control and budgeting for bulk purchase from group.
- To maintain accuracy of inventory and purchasing records.
- To perform ad-hoc general affair duties as and when assigned
