**Description**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop new business throughout Southeast Asia region including but not limited to Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Brunei by opening doors and introducing Leidos’ products, solutions and services to all market segments. Develops client base and maintains relationships with key customers, agents and regulatory authorities.
- Lead consultative selling approaches for integrated solutions in the aviation, ports and borders, and critical infrastructure markets.
- Develop comprehensive Go To Market strategies
- Direct management of key accounts in Singapore
- Achieves individual and team booking plan and sets appropriate objectives and forecasting accuracy for sales distributors and representatives to meet desired revenue goals. Forecasting of agents and representatives is reviewed on a monthly basis, at a minimum.
- Establishes a rolling twelve (12) month bookings pipeline that is reviewed and updated on a weekly basis.
- Qualifies and directs sales activities for sales representatives and sales agents in the assigned region, compliant with corporate/division guidelines.
- Performs account management and regional sales to include business development, lead generation, customer qualification, proposal delivery, and contract negotiation.
- Understands and assimilates the latest technologies and market data to create account propositions and competitive solutions for high value opportunities.
- To follow the various regulatory bodies, keeping the Company up to date on changes and action planning.
- Interface with all internal groups and project teams regarding technical support of all Leidos Security Detection & Automation products and services to include product line, engineering, and service. Assists support and marketing staff members in activities such as, exhibitions, marketing events, training and market research in planning and executing projects.
- Establishes an effective communication path between the company and the customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Develops and supports timely resolution to customer issues where appropriate.
- Form an integral part of the business planning process for the region and be familiar with the development of business cases and market planning activities.
- Management of assigned budgets to within the agreed levels.
- Willing to travel frequently within the region & territory and with occasional out of region overseas trips.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

- BS Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- At least 10 years Asia region experience (preferably South East Asia) selling into the aviation, ports and borders, and critical infrastructure markets ideally in related security products, systems and services.
- Ideally possesses knowledge and experience working with enterprise systems and digital transformation.
- Requires knowledge of high technology industry, and client/competitor trends.
- Ideally possesses working knowledge from within security and detection or related markets and with a working knowledge of Security legislation, process and interaction with associated Government bodies.
- Experience should also include a record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas.

SPECIFIC RESPONBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven verbal and written fluency in English, other regional languages are advantageous.
- Must have experience in dealing with most Government and semi-Government agencies and presenting at senior levels.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Must have the appropriate skill necessary to negotiate and close multi-million dollar contracts.
- Must be capable of developing successful account strategies to increase market penetration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-cultural skills are essential.
