**Position Overview**
This is a 3 months temporary assignment supporting both the Operation and Service Quality units in ASPRI-IPI. This role is paid hourly.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
**1. Daily operation**
- i) Centre Opening (classroom / workshop / ushering / courseware retrieving for classes that have ended) _
- ii) Attendance taking _
- iii) Minor ad-hoc request from trainers _
- iv) Attendance preparation for new classes _
- v) Courseware packing _
- vi) Centre Closing (refreshment packing / Courseware storing (new class) / classroom / workshop) _
**2. Batching**
- i) Checking of post-courseware and inform Ops on the follow up _
- ii) Updating and verifying of batch log file to ensure accuracy _
**3. Evaluation**
- i) Post-evaluation scanning _
- ii) Update evaluation log file _
- iii) Verify evaluation log file _
**4. Safety Pass**
- i) Verify safety pass (WSQ/ASTER) _
- ii) Verify safety pass tracker (Jimily) _
You should possess the following:
- Minimum Diploma preferably in Training and Adult Education sector;
- No experience required as On-the-job training will be provided;
- Ability to effectively manage time and schedules under tight deadline and pressure;
- Strong adaptability skill, able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Strong communication skills with good customer service aptitude;
- **Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including shift duties on workday evenings and weekends (OT will be compensated accordingly)**:
