We are looking for a proactive and motivated **Marketing and CRM Intern** to support our Marketing and CRM team in driving key initiatives. The intern will assist in various Marketing and CRM functions, including vendor coordination, event logistics, client engagement, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and customer relationship management in the Luxury Fashion Retail Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Scope**:

- **Mall Collaborations & Retail Mechanics**: Assist in tracking and coordinating mall landlord collaborations and retail mechanics, ensuring stores are updated and informed with relevant promotional materials and updates.
- **Invoice Processing**: Support in tracking and ensuring vendor invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining proper documentation for records.
- **Event Logistics**: Provide support to the team with onsite event logistics, including coordination, setup, and assisting during events to ensure smooth execution.
- **Marketing Reports**: Help compile and assist the team with generating marketing-related reports that track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- **Ad Hoc Project Requests**: Assist the team with various ad hoc marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

**CRM Scope**:

- **Client Engagement Activities**: Assist in planning and executing client engagement activities to foster positive relationships with customers.
- **Event Tracking ROI**: Support the team with tracking ROI for client engagement activities, especially pre
- and post-event performance metrics.
- **Seasonal Gifts**: Assist with ordering, tracking, and managing inventory of seasonal gifts, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining gifting reports.
- **Invoice Processing**: Help in processing invoices for CRM activities and ensuring proper allocation for gifting and other client-related expenses.
- **CRM Expenses Tracking**: Assist with tracking and monitoring CRM-related expenses to ensure accurate budget management.
- **Store Outreach Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring store outreach actions, ensuring follow-up activities are completed effectively.
- **Competitor Surveying**: Research and survey competitors’ events and in-store activities, providing insights for potential CRM improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Commitment of at least 6 Months
- Undergraduates/Diploma students from Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic in Luxury Fashion and eager to learn about both marketing and CRM functions
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
