Forensic Manager or Associate Director

We uncover, analyse, and clarify facts at the centre of disputes, investigations, and other sensitive matters. We are one of the largest teams of forensic investigators, forensic accountants, forensic technology, and e-discovery experts in Asia‑Pacific and are also regularly called upon to give evidence in high‑profile disputes and investigations.

Our Forensic offering can be broadly identified in four areas including forensic accounting and dispute analysis, data analytics, forensic technology (digital forensics, cyber and eDiscovery), and investigations. Our client base includes corporations, law firms and government agencies.

**Your opportunity**:
We are looking for a Manager or Associate Director to join our Forensic team based in Singapore for the forensic accounting and investigation areas.

As a member of the KordaMentha Forensic team, you will:

- Be working with some of the most experienced Forensic professionals in the market.
- Have exposure to a diverse range of engagements and clients, with opportunities for work-related travel.

The Singapore office also provides Restructuring services, which varies from informal restructuring and advisory engagements to formal insolvency engagements such as receiverships and liquidations involving a broad range of distressed businesses across all industries.

**About you**:

- Six to ten years’ experience in forensic accounting, investigation, due diligence and/or risk management services.
- Relevant experience in a professional services firm in forensic investigation services.
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications in Accounting, Commerce, Commerce/Law degree or Business degree.
- Strong financial and analytical skills as well as critical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including conducting witness/suspect interviews and report writing.
- Project management skills.
- A team player with strong qualities displaying ethics and discretion.
- Able to contribute to the business development activities of the practice, including the preparation and delivery of presentations, technical papers and, develop your own fields of specialisation and support base of professional contacts.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn from other professionals in the team, and to provide continual learning and coaching opportunities for team members.
- Thrive on a challenge and display excellent communication and negotiation skills and are motivated by delivering the highest standards of client service.
