**About the Role**:
ATOP Academy is looking for a reliable and technically proficient Executive (Technical) to support the daily academic and operational functions of the academy. You will play a key role in managing digital systems, maintaining technical platforms, and ensuring the smooth coordination of class schedules, teaching materials, and student data. This position involves working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver an efficient, tech-enabled learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain digital platforms used for scheduling, communication, and content distribution.
- Coordinate class timetables, teaching rosters, and student enrolments using internal systems.
- Provide technical and administrative support for day-to-day academic operations.
- Assist in the preparation and digital formatting of teaching materials and resources.
- Handle enquiries from parents, students, and tutors with professionalism and promptness.
- Update and maintain databases, records, and digital filing systems.
- Support the onboarding of new tutors and ensure their technical setup is complete.
- Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and hybrid learning sessions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve digital processes.

**Requirements**:

- A-Level qualification or diploma in any discipline; IT, Business, or Education-related fields preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools or learning platforms.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Technically savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently and work well in a team environment.
- Prior experience in an education or operations support role is an advantage.
