- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 6 pm, Sat 8.30 am - 1 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the air freight team by generating accurate and timely freight bills.
- Verify shipment data and rectify any discrepancies for invoicing purposes.
- Handle customer queries related to air freight billing, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with operations and sales departments to ensure billing information is updated and accurate.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database, ensuring all contact and billing information is current.
- Monitor receivables and contact customers to facilitate payments.
- Prepare billing reports and other administrative duties as required.
- Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
