Drive the design and delivery of user-centric compliance solutions by combining agile product management, process design, and data-driven insights to support FCC transformation initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead **product lifecycle management**: define product vision, roadmap, and user stories in an agile environment
- Map **current vs. future-state processes**, conduct gap/pain-point analysis, and align with compliance stakeholders
- Utilize **Design Thinking**to drive innovation and facilitate collaborative solutioning across teams
- Translate complex business needs into actionable **functional requirements and user stories**in JIRA/Confluence
- Leverage **data analytics and visualization**(e.g., Power BI) to drive decision-making and performance tracking
- Support **change management and user adoption**through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate with Tech teams and **external vendors**to execute compliance transformation initiatives
- Formulate **UAT strategy**, test plans, and lead execution with business users
- Monitor **regulatory/policy changes**and assess system/process impact, driving enhancements as needed

**What You Bring**
- 3-5+ years' experience as a **Product Owner, Change Manager, or Process Analyst**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
- Familiarity with **AML/FCC regulations**in financial institutions preferred
- Hands-on experience with **process mapping, user story writing, and functional specs review**:

- Proficient in **Power BI, MS Visio, Jira, and Confluence**:

- Certifications in **Agile, Scrum, or Project Management**are advantageous
- Consulting experience in **risk, compliance, or business transformation**is a strong plus
