Join to apply for the Product Owner, CLM role at Standard Chartered Singapore Join to apply for the Product Owner, CLM role at Standard Chartered Singapore Responsibilities Lead the design, development, deployment and continuous enhancement of the data stream within the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation, enabling risk management improvement, improved client and employee experience, and reduced turnaround time in client onboarding and maintenance. Define and implement the data strategy for CLM, aligned with overall business objectives and roadmap. Own identification and modelling of structured and unstructured data required for the future state, supporting business process and solution designs. Collaborate with Technology colleagues to design the strategic architecture supporting the CLM data ecosystem. Define the strategic vision for the CLM data model and analytics capabilities, enabling real‐time insights, predictive analytics and automated decision‐making. Provide input to select and build the target state technology landscape, own data‐related implementation streams and deliver data migration strategy. Ensure governance and standards adherence, data privacy, sovereignty and record keeping compliance. Lead process excellence and governance, including risk management, continuous monitoring and stakeholder engagement. Build and manage a high‐performing team, including talent development, succession planning and performance management. Act as a data risk owner for the CLM future state program, identifying, assessing and mitigating risks. Ensure compliance with
