Just like your other personal assets such as cars, properties and shares, the ownership of endowment plans is legally transferable. **We facilitate this process by becoming the immediate new owner, and paying policyholders cash for their policies. **Being an independent service provider, we have been dealing in Singapore Resale Endowment Policies since 2010.

As our operations expand, we are hiring for more **Policy Acquistion Executives/Managers **to help us buy in more policies

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the face of the company, liasing with clients & stakeholders to facilitate the successful purchase of eligible policies
- Responsible for full spectrum of policies acquistion plan and strategies
- Support marketing activities
- Analyse data on campaigns and suggest data driven ideas for improvement
- Develop and Manage budget plan, monitor, and control the effective use of marketing expenses
- Generate monthly reports showing the performance of all marketing campaigns
- Support all other related activities.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh grads/mid-career switches welcome
- Excellent in interpersonal communication with ability to influence and work cross functionally
- Positive personality, with excellent organisational, prioritising skills, and analytical thinking
- High levels of creativity with a meticulous ‘eye’ for details
- Proficient with MS Office
- Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder in any field, preferably in business / finance / marketing
