Analyst, HR Operational Governance

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure day-to-day financial transactions are executed accurately
- Providing advice to employees on various HR matters including identifying their concerns and providing resolution in line with company’s policy in a timely and professional manner, and to escalate issues as necessary to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate timely updates with internal HR stakeholders of any local HR regulatory/compliance update, or HR process enhancements
- Manage the end to end process for pre-employment screening of employees and escalate any queries that are not in compliance with the department’s policies
- Ensure the smooth on-boarding of employees by organising orientation and onboarding activities including but not limited to preparing orientation kits and organising the necessary administration
- Work closely with all employees in providing support and advice on HR matters and ensuring the delivery of excellent service quality
- Data maintenance in relation to all employee information, championing data integrity and accuracy as well as ensuring appropriate internal procedures and controls are in line with best HR practices
- Manage and update the content on HR Intranet to ensure that it remains relevant and up to date
- Support internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required
- Actively support the team leader in the identification and implementation of continuous service improvement initiatives within the HR Operational Governance function
- Support Benefits and Welfare administration including liaising with staff and vendors to ensure entitlements are provided as per Statutory Regulations and Policies.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree qualification
- No minimum experience required
- Resourceful, analytical, meticulous with an eye for details and good communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who is able to work within the team whilst at the same, able to work independently to deliver quality output
- Good work attitude with a willingness to learn & challenge yourself
- Understanding of HR policies and processes will be an added advantage
