- **Job Description**_
- Perform system monitoring and incident management.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of IT systems, accurate and timely delivery of production work.
- Perform proper migration of batch jobs from Development to Production environment, ensuring compliance to change management procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of the job schedules of production systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting system and network connectivity problems before escalation.
- Monitor proper functioning of Data Centre facilities, including DC temperature and humidity monitoring system, smoke detection and fire suppression systems, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units, CCTV, keypress units, etc.
- Ensure proper security controls of Data Centre are in place at all times, including to ensure authorized access to Data Centre, review of visitor logs, etc.
- Maintain Data Centre inventory level, including registering incoming and outgoing IT hardware and accessories.
- Handle Helpdesk and SOC queries after operating hours.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and related activities.
- Other ad-hoc duties as instructed.
- Continuous Service Improvement: Add value to Data Center Ops by identifying improvement opportunities to sharpen Production Stability, Stakeholders Experience & Overall Service Quality
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT major incidents 24x7 to resolve the incidents as soon as possible and/or within SLA
- Provide command & control, mobilize resolvers, identify paths for mitigation, track multiple workstreams for closure
- Timely escalation and communication of major incidents with various stakeholders including senior leadership
- Maintains the resources required for handling major incidents such as Escalation matrix, Leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls
- Being accountable for resolving the incident with workaround or permanent solution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
